G&K Yachting’s Project Manager working together with the rest of the team has the overall responsibility of every step on the way during the yard period. Starting from our efficient planning we set the most constructive approach for best implementation of our ideas and methods of working in all of our projects, the backbone of it being the following stages: Decryption of each project – We communicate the needs and desires of the clients to best understand the goals, the characteristics, the milestones, the budgets and the deadlines for every job Research & Liaison - Our in-house team of mechanical engineers and naval architects conducts a thorough search for all aspects of each project in order to be implemented according to Class and Flags requirements, study the drawings, create inventories, order and collect required spare parts.

Planning - We carefully organize each phase and coordinate the teams to ensure everyone may work through the project uninterrupted, focusing on maximizing efficiency and productivity! Implementation - We closely supervise every detail during the implantation phase of the project. Our experienced project managers and technical teams guarantee on-time delivery, without extra costs and with the highest quality standards. Delivery -Upon completion of the refit process, we perform all necessary and required final checks and inspections accompanied by Sea trials, notifying the client for our company’s lifetime support.
